Why should I exercise regularly?
A question that most young women ask is why they should exercise if they are already thin and in good shape. Most women believe that healthcare comes naturally to them if their age is less and their bodies look slim. However, if this was the case then nobody would suffer from any kind of illness. Exercise is always important to the body, no matter what the age. It keeps the muscles and body toned and in good condition. If the body becomes used to no exercise at all, relying only on the metabolism to maintain a healthy figure, then it can lead to degeneration of the muscles and lack of energy all day long. What Should I Dispute First?
You have pulled your credit report and have reviewed it thoroughly. You find that there are quite a few issues on that report and you have no idea how to start correcting these errors and you just don’t understand how or where to start correcting these mistakes but you are just not sure where to start. You do have many solutions but it does help to know exactly where to start. You should always try to improve bad credit. Here are a few easy tips.
First you should decide if you are able to handle these errors or if you’d like it to all be disputed by a professional. If you only have 2-3 issues then you probably can tackle it yourself. Ask yourself do I have the time, resources, and patience do handle this myself? If you answered NO, then you may want to consider working with a professional. A reputable credit repair company can show you the items that are negatively impacting your credit score, once that’s done you can tell them the items that are reporting in error and then they will dispute them for you until they are being reported accurately.
But if you want to handle it yourself you should start with disputing the accounts that are reporting late payments that are not true. Late payments can average 50-100 points each so if they are wrong, it’s better to dispute those first.
Once you’re finished disputing your late payments you should focus your attention to the collection accounts. If you have noticed they are being reported twice on your credit report, first by the original creditor and then by the collection agency they have assigned the account to for collection you’ll want to see if this is a mistake. You want to make sure that the original creditor is reporting it as charged off. If it is, then it is accurate. If it’s not then you will want to dispute it with the credit bureau.
Now take a look at the collection account itself and see how it is being reported. Lastly, if there are any judgments or bankruptcies being reported incorrectly on your credit reports then you’ll want to dispute those items last. They will take the longest to dispute and resolve. It may take several rounds of disputes to the credit bureaus trying to explain why they are wrong.
If you dipuste your issues in this order: late payments, collection accounts, judgments, and bankruptcies you will get them resolved sooner and you’ll be getting your credit reports and credit score back to where it should be.
